Microprocessor Montage - Beach Towel
About this Artwork
Microprocessor Montage highlights many of the microprocessor artworks I have produced for my Historical Series. I have assembled 22 of them here. The first microprocessor, the Intel 4004, is at the center with the other major microprocessors surrounding it. This artwork is a great history of microprocessor development. The chips represented are as follows (left to right):
Top Row: IBM PowerPC 601, Intersil 6100, AMD 2901, Intel Pentium
2nd Row: Intel 8041, Zilog Z80, Rockwell PPS-4 (overlaps 4040), Intel 4040, Intel 8008
3rd Row: Intel 8086 (below 8088), Intel 8088, Intel 4004, MOS 6502
4th Row: Signetics 2650, Texas Instruments TMS1000, Intel 8080, RCA 1802
5th Row: Intel i860, Motorola 68000 (overlaps 6800), Intel 8085, AMD Athlon XP
About this TowelOur luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption. The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.
